Our sea kayak base is in a small village called Connel, near Oban and this is where we run most of our skills courses from.
We are fortunate enough to have lots of amazing places to go all within a short drive from us.
Our location also allows us access to lots of sheltered places, meaning that even if it is a bit windy we very rarely have to cancel bookings. If you are keen for exciting exposed water or tide races we have that too - the Falls of Lora being right on our doorstep!

We are also fortunate in that we are close to ferries which gives us access to the entire range of islands within the Hebridean chain, including from Gigha to Mull and Barra to Coll and Tiree and northwards to the Uists, Harris and Lewis! The famous Scottish Sea Kayak Trail also passes close by our doorstep!
As well as operating locally to our base and Oban all year round, we also run expeditions and lodge based trips to different places during the main season. Some of our favourite places include The Isle of Mull, Arisaig, Assynt and the Summer Isles, the North West mainland, and North Uist and the Isle of Harris and Lewis.
Throughout the year we also run rough water skills courses, safety and rescue training, rolling courses and rock hopping courses. We can be flexible and run these on both Scotland’s West or East coasts and inland Loch’s such as Loch Tay and Loch Earn.
