Tom Pogson has a fleet of British built sea kayaks based in Anchorage, Whittier and Homer which we can hire for trips in Prince William sound and the spectacular Kenai Fjords.
Canada (Queen Charlotte Islands)
The Charlottes are amazing. Black bears, racoons, hot springs and the fascinating Haida native American culture. Anvil Cove charters run kayak mothership tours, so you can enjoy a shower, delicious meals and a comfy bunk after a day's paddling
If you are interested in kayaking in Norway, have a look at our friends website and then call us to discuss the possibilities. We may be running a couple of trips there in 2006
Isle of Ulva - Mull, Argyll, Scotland
Ulva is situated on the west side of Mull and can be reached by a very short ferry crossing from Mull or a few minutes paddle in a sea kayak. Miles of wild walking, stunning beaches and breathtaking views towards Staffa and the Treshnish isles. We can book the bunk house on the island of Ulva on the west coast of Mull, a perfect base for a multi day sea kayak trip
Ariundle Bunkhouse - Loch Sunart
The Ariundle Bunkhouse is located near Strontian in Sunart. Very comfortable accommodation in the heart of the lovely Sunart Oakwoods. From here we can explore the beautiful and sheltered Lochs Sunart, Moidart and Ailort. In the right conditions we can venture to Ardnamurchan and a short drive will take us to the stunning beaches and skerries of Arisaig

If you need any equipment or decide to buy a kayak while you are in the area, our
friendly outdoor equipment shop can help. Dave Bleazard who owns and runs the
shop is an outdoor activist with loads of experience of mountain and water
sports, so he is well placed to advise you and carries an excellent range of
products.
If you are thinking of buying a composite sea kayak you
should have a look at North Shore Kayaks. They are superb. We have North Shore
Shoreline, a Calypso and a Calypso II double kayak of our own.
For handling, performance, features and especially quality, North Shore kayaks are second to none.
We
use P&H Cappela and Wilderness Systems Tempest Sea kayaks. We don't have any
relationship with Wilderness Systems but if you want a plastic sea kayak rather
than a composite kayak, the Tempests are excellent and we strongly recommend
them.
